"you ok there kaleb~? you stared at me for less than 5 minutes there~" she teased "you're nervous aren't you? you've not been to school for a while huh?" she asks "oh and i don't mind which option you choose, just figure it out before my parents hug you to death ok?" she giggled
"Nervous? I never get nervous." Kaleb laughs. He was lying. School was always a center for being picked on. But, Kaleb was stronger now, and capable of easily taking down these 'bullies', but all of his memories of school revolved around fools who thought they could ridicule him. His grip tightens on the steering wheel as he sighs.
she places her hand on his thigh for a moment in a reassuring manner "hey...you've got me to look out for you ok? i've moved schools like 3 times this year so i get the nerves on the first day thing ok? so don't worry" she said smiling before removing her hand.
Kaleb had been looking at her hand the entire time. He clears his throat before glancing back up at the road, and pulling into the school parking lot. Kaleb smiles at Eve and nods, "Thanks." He tells her, for once his voice not the least bit dull but instead sincere.
eve smiles gently at kaleb before walking ahead of him "now, stick close to me ok? because from what i've seen of the female population in this school... i may call you assman but they will call you FAR worse" she shuddered "trust me ok? i saw like what 20 PDA's yesterday!" she pretends to gag at this point "oh and try not to wander off while we go to the principles office ok? " she asked
"or i'm going to have to hold your hand like a child" she smirked
"I'm not a child. I don't need you to hold my hand or worry about me wandering off." Kaleb firmly states as he walks beside her. But, his attention skims from one space to the next as he notices people staring. Mostly girls.
"good to know i'm not hanging around a pervert~" she grinns "but you never can tell with men can you?" she laughs "now c'mon~ you go talk to the principle, i'll wait outside ok?" she says as she sits on a 'waiting room' chair.
"i had every bit of confidence in you from the start.... " she laughs " now go get changed in the bathroom, i'll wait for you here" she said gesturing to the closest boys bathroom.
Kaleb nods before traveling towards the bathrooms and striding inside. He walks back out, his face a slight red. He didn't like the way the uniform looked on him. At all. "I had to remind myself why I was doing this. . . I had to remind myself 10 times."
she laughs upon seeing kaleb "wow..... want me to tell you the good news or the bad news first?" she asks trying to stop her giggles as she stood up and walked over to him.
" the bad news is that you're going to have so many girls swarming you and so many guys beating you up that i could potentially end up left behind " she shruggs " the good news however is that it makes your ass look good" she laughs "now c'mon lets go get ourselves to class yeah?" she says walking off.
" i would but it takes the fun out of everything~" she smirks as she walks into her classroom "hey teach~ brought the new student with me~ he's a friend of mine so we came in together" she chimes as she takes her seat.
Kaleb looks at the spots that are near Eve, and realizes they are taken. His eyes settle on the boy to Eve's right. He just stares for what seemed like an eternity, and the boy suddenly breaks into a cold sweat. He moves to the seat in the corner of the room. Smiling, Kaleb takes the now empty seat.
"WOW~ you're taking whichever role you're playing seriously" she laughs " you could've just asked the poor boy if you could sit next to me you know~ oh and i think adams in the same year as us... not sure what class though..." she says shrugging.
"it'd be so funny if he was though... could you imagine? i wonder if he'd be all charming and elegant in asking for the seat or if he'd be a bitch like you...." she said cheerfully "probably charming~" she giggles
As if on cue, Adam strolls into the room wearing his school uniform. He looked bored. Beyond bored. But, he had that mysterious aura to him. One that caused the girls in the room to suddenly swoon. Adam looks at the boy on Eve's left, and gives a short smile. The boy nods and scurres into the other corner of the room. Adam then takes the seat, and completely ignores Kaleb and Eve.
"oh wow.... if only i'd made a bet on it... i could've been in for so much money" she cursed under her breath before smiling at adam "hey adam~ i didn't know you were in my class~" she states "or did you only transfer in yesterday?" she asks
"do you mean in school or with assman over here?" she asks "because both were pretty sucky" she laughs " but the first day always has been and always will be if this keeps up" she shrugged
Adam bursts out laughing, ignoring the glare he just received from the teacher, "Assman. I'm never going to get over that. Hey if you come up with some more names for him, make sure to tell me, okay?" He snickers.
eve grinns at this " see someone appreciates my humor!" she hissed, looking away from kaleb " and can do adam~ just like y'know.... keep the footballers away from me at all times if i'm near you ok? because one tried to make a move on me the other day and then i showed him a weapon i was given as a present and he wussed out and i think he wants revenge" she chimed calmly.
"Oh. Do you want a hug?" Adam asks, blinking once and then twice. He stands up, getting strange looks from students. Then, he holds his arms out wide and smiles brightly at Eve.
