I currently wiegh 230lbs.. i know its a lot but i am 6' 2". but still i want to lose wieght. so i said if i can lose 35 lbs by summer vacation, my bro wil give me $50 and my parents will give me $150. i really want to do it but it si so god damn hard to lose wiehgt.anyone think i can do it?

- Ditch the fucking sodas. Do NOT just go to diet drinks. There are more than enough documented cases of aspartame AGITATING weight gain. This goes double for you if you're diabetic. If you absolutely MUST have your Coke, go with the regular, but cut the fuck back.
- Ditch the fucking starch. Don't argue this with me. Carbohydrates are evil and basic understanding of how they work will shed new light on the topic. They break down very quickly into the monosaccharides glucose, fructose, and galactose. These are simple sugars. They get used up very quickly. Why is this worse than protein? I'll get to that...
- Eat your meat, bitch. Protein bonds are very long and take much more energy to break. They contain a lot more energy than carbohydrates, so they will last you a lot longer. By saying that, it sounds like they'd be bad for you, but this is NOT true. Breaking down protein requires your body to WORK, thus giving you a bit of "exercise" while you're digesting. Further more, by eating protein you end up eating LESS without feeling as hypoglycemic.
- Water, water everywhere... Drink it. It's good for you. It actually flushes FAT out of your system.
- EAT you pathetic fucks! Starving yourself will only send your body into wacko mode and will actually HURT your chances of losing weight. Not to mention, if done for long periods of time, it could PERMANENTLY scar your metabolism.
- Vegetables are good for you. Eat them. They're full of vitamins and way better for you than fat free potato chips.
- Don't eat "diet" foods. These are chock full of nasty chemicals that will merely worsen your condition.
