Righto i need some help again :)

Aight so my brother ordered parts for his computer, they came he/we built it, But it does not POST.
checked the connections,took it out of the case to see if it was shorting out, tested the parts in my tower, every thing is working good, but still no post.
fans spin and everything, so we cant figure out what the deal is,

Run it lean. Only put the CPU, memory, and video card in.

Reset the BIOS.

Reseted the bios, ran it bare, but now the monitor is blinking on and off, from hibernate to on infinately.

Lights on, fans spin, no post, no video, no beeps? CPU problem most likely.

Check the CPU, however I am going to say its a PSU or Motherboard problem, if if isn't the video card.

Get known good components and just swap till you find a bad one.

I did that already.
swapped my processor for his, and still got crap.
i did that with everything else too.
i am assuming its the mobo.
Sending it bakc for an rma.

Yeah, bad components on the mobo prolly. I had two video cards that came in dead, consecutively. God that sucked.
