Crowley stands up staggeringly and smiles at the peer medic "false alarm, sorry I cut myself with a kitchen knife, I'll be fine. It wasn't to deep. He said showing the small scar where the huge gash had been moments ago. The peri medic looked it over before stepping back "next time make sure it is an actual emergency, we can't waste time on false alarms." She says walking out of the building. "So, anything to eat around here? Healing oneself takes up a lot of energy." He says smiling, sensing the hostility and distrust rising in the air already.
The paramedic was leaving but walked by two cops..."he's all yours he seems to be fine" she says.
Two cops walk in..."mr. Rider your under arrest we have surveillance of you leaving a altercation not too far from here so your coming with us" one said as the other pulled out his gun and had a beat on Crowley. ..."HANDS UP" he says as the second cop put the cuffs on him.
Mason was actually delighted too many humans to use his abilities and he still needed to heal so for the moment they wouldn't see this mr. Rider.
"Sylvia I'm going to check out this lead" he says to her as he leaves heading to the location on the card.
The cops bring Crowley to the squad car "you have the right to remain silent anything you do can and will be held against you"
They say as they put him in the car in his seat is a devil trap...the cops drive off
(Demon) "Crowley king of the crossroads. .. someone's got questions for you enjoy the ride" they say
Not to long after he had left the bar Rajan arrives at 'Fall of Aces' casino and takes a second to take it all in. the lights and the poker tables along with the pool halls and bars. it was dazzling, it was perfect and it was his. he walked up a large set of stairs until he reached the upper floor and crossed a line that said 'vip area'. when his full body crossed the line the area was different from the casual vip gambling area it seemed to be it became a more rough and dark place filled with none other then immortals. Rajan smiled as his clothes changed into a full black suit "well it seems that this area has a dress code" he smiled as immortals looked up from the tables to see him. you could hear the mumbling of demons and vampires the same speaking about to Warlock on wall street or the dealer of death. Rajan sat at a table full of demons, there presence was seemingly weak and they all chatted as they played cards. "so gentlemen how about we play a more interesting game?" he said as he rubbed his hands together and a black haze engulfed the table as he mumbled under his breath. the demons looked up at him {demon} "why would we play with the dealer of death?!" he sneered at Rajan and his friends became loud in agreement. "because you don't have much of a choice" he said as a sinister smile rose on his lips.
Crowley smirks "nice devil trap, I haven't seen one like this in a few hundred years. So where are you taking me? I'm guessing my captors don't just want to invite me to brunch do they?" He joked, secretly thinking of ways to escape when the time comes.
Sylvia had kept out of the way of the police officers, watching as they dragged the male from the establishment. Good. That was one less problem for her. She nods as Mason speaks and watches him leave too, realising that the commotion is over and she is alone once more. She straightens herself up and sighs at the mess still left on the floor. She'd have to spend the rest of her shift cleaning that up. Grinding her teeth together, Sylvia heads out to the back to grab a mop and bucket.
As a chill runs through her, Roisin feels herself shiver. Rubbing her arms for warmth, she ignores the strange looks she receives from those around her as she trudges down the street, dress billowing out behind her. Blue eyes are wide with fascination, gaze transfixed on buildings that tower above her and roaring monsters that rev past her with incredible speed. All of this would be wonderful, if it weren't for the hunger. And oh, how hungry she is; ever since she's woken up, this knotted feeling inside her stomach just won't leave her alone. She remembers it from before, but the memory has faded and she forgets why she is hungry. Perhaps if she just ate something...
It's then that she senses it; those that are not like the ones around her. Other supernaturals. Her senses are a little rusty, but there's no denying it. With a half-agape mouth, she watches as a man is loaded into one of the roaring monsters and sped away, and the smell becomes less and less strong. Eyes drifting to the building they had emerged from, Roisin wonders whether there are others like her too who will tell her what year it is, and why she's so hungry. Ignoring the pain in her gut, the auburn-haired girl ventures forward and pushes herself through the door.
The stain is almost as stubborn as the one still left on the table, and Sylvia mutters curses under her breath. As the door opens once more, she lifts her head and falls silent, frowning at the sight before her. A girl, young, dressed as if she's in the wrong century.
"Might you have any food?"
Realising she is staring, Sylvia stops abruptly and meets the girl's gaze, attempting to put on her work-smile, "I'm afraid I can't serve minors, not at this time."
Roisin isn't quite sure what that means, but it sounds like a no. She simply stands there and watches as the woman places the mop down and moves towards the bar. Biting her lip, she speaks a little louder this time, "Please. I've nowhere else to go." she doesn't receive a response, "A drink, then?" the woman makes eye contact with her and there is a long pause, before,
"Come here, I'll get you a glass of water." Sylvia isn't quite sure why she's doing this - taking pity on this strange girl - but she figures it's what any decent person would do. She watches as the young girl approaches tentatively, pouring a glass for her and placing it on the counter. She watches as she takes it in her hands clumsily, as if she was half-asleep, and drains it in one big gulp. Watching her closely, Sylvia takes the sandwich she had been saving in case she gets hungry from under the bar and takes it from it's packet, "Here." the female smiles a little as Sylvia hands her the sandwich, and she eats as if she hasn't tasted food for a year. That makes Sylvia chuckle. When she is finished, she hears her say a quiet thank you, "It's alright." Continuing to study her, she pretends to busy herself cleaning the used glass. "Where are your family?"
The question is sudden, and Roisin appears slightly befuddled for a moment, blinking stupidly at the woman before her, "Dead, I expect." it was the truth, at least. Roisin hadn't thought about her family, and she wonders if they looked for her after she was turned. She is pulled from her thoughts as the woman offers her a sad smile but says no more, "My name is Roisin." she has to stop herself from introducing herself as "Lady Roisin of House Dál Naraidi" as she would a long time ago. Again, the woman does not speak and she becomes more frustrated. Back when she was a lady, it would be considered the height of rudeness for a commoner to ignore her after she addressed them. But she was not a lady anymore. Clearing her throat, she questions, "Might I have your name?"
My she has a funny way of speaking."Sylvia." is her simple, clear answer. She has a thousand more questions for Roisin but she holds them in; the girl looks tired, probably still from hunger. If she had any food left, she would give it to her. For a moment, everything is quiet - she hears Roisin pull up a chair and moves her gaze up to see her sitting up straight at the bar. As sweet as this girl might have been, Sylvia couldn't shake the feeling that something was amiss.
Antonio smiled, he had decided to follow Marcus to this 'Fall of Aces'. He had caught up to Marcus but still remained silent. He walks quietly for the longest time until he finnally spoke up. "The names Antonio by the way. Nice to meet you, I'm gonna guess you where able to tell the same thing back there at the bar, abou that guy. That Mr. Rider." he had never caught anyone's name, so he looked towards Marcus. "sorry, I never caught your name."
As the haze settled you could see the same men and Rajan sitting at the table but something was different, the men blinked and took in the surroundings as if they had been asleep for the entire game, one of them opened there mouth "how did i get to the casino? the others nodded there heads in agreement. it seems that they had been released of the demons controlling them. Rajan stood up and clapped "give a round of applause to the brave men who stepped up there game" the entire room began to clap as the men sat there confused. Rajan looked at the men and whispered something into each of there ears and they fell asleep "take them home" he said as he walked into his back office. there sat his uncle frowning upon Rajan. {uncle} "must you really dwindle your own customer base like that?" Rajan said nothing as his clothes became normal, he sat down and sipped on some water and smiled. "its not as if there wont be new ones soon enough" he said sitting back placing his feat on his large desk."the world never runs out of filth" he says coldly.
Mason arrived to the fall of aces casino and its his kind of place as its what he does for money and he never wins a huge jackpot not cuz he can't but it draws attention and gives you a name and it is best to be unknown as a hunter.
He heard Antonio but ignored him at first...then he pulled out his gun aimed it at him..."FIRST OF ALL NAMES MASON SECOND OF ALL WHAT THE HELL KIND OF HUNTER HAS HIS WEAPONS IN PLAIN SIGHT. ...DO ME A FAVOR AND TRY NOT TO GET YOURSELF KILLED" he said it angrily because an exposed hunter is a dead one...and he didn't know who was waiting in this casino.
Mason walked in and headed to the poker table and sat down...he put the buy in on the table..."300 in chips" he says to the dealer and looking at everyone. ..."Alrite lets play" he says eying the security and people in the casino. ...
"Ok mr. Warlock lets see what happens" he says as he plays
Rajan notices that the man he saw at the bar had finally arrived "uncle i will be back my guest has arrived" he walks out and sends a guard to Mason with an invite to the vip section. he puffs on a large cigar and sits at wait in an empty table. "now everyone in the vip section a guest of mine who is a hunter will be coming up, please do not attack or aggravate him because as you know the 'fall of aces' is a safe place for everyone" there were a few grumbles and a couple of the demon players left the vip area through the back door refusing to be in the same playing space as a hunter. only a table of 5 vampires remained as everyone else had cleared out. the air around Rajan crackles a little. "i hope you don't intend to attack my guest vampires" he slurs underneath his breath. the vampire at the head of the table smiles {vampire} "of course not oh dealer of death, we just hope to finish our game." Rajan settled down and sat in wait.
The demons brought Crowley to their bosses building. Taking him out the car and brought him to a private building.
"Your lucky we're und orders not to kill you Crowley you traitor son of a bitch" he says punches him....they had to wait for the boss to get back. ...
They brought Crowley into a room with 7 demons and pressed a button a large devil trap formed...
"Now no one can get out till the boss makes you answer"
At the casino ... a woman walks into Rajan main office with a large brief case. ...she sat on the desk...and waited for rajan.
She answered her phone. ..."great Crowley. ...finally got him perfect I'll be there soon I have business first.." she says
A gaurd tapped Rajan's shoulder and notified him that he once again had a guest. Rajan was puzzled. he wasn't expecting anyone either then the hunter. Rajan gets up after leaving a note on the table saying 'ill be back in a second'. he enters his office and smiles "well its not everyday that a beautiful woman walks into my office, how may i help you" he says with a smile.
"alright boys, so is this gonna be a fair fight or should I tie a hand behind my back? hmm? come on, might as well have some fun while we wait for your putrid little boss to show up." He says jokingly. he looks at each demon, low level pond scum, he could take them if he had to, but seven at once, it would be harder to keep track of them all. "but of course, your boss doesn't want me harmed, otherwise I'd of been attacked in that cop car, and lets face it, I was in a rough state, might have even opened up my old wound if Barney Fife and Sheriff Andy decided they wanted to wrestle me in the backseat." he jokes. was this his plan? to sarcasm the demons to death? he thought to himself. he needed to find something in the room that could help him, table? outside of the circle, Knife? none in the room at all, Pipe?...PIPE! if the pipe has water in it, maybe he could unscrew a bolt. if the water starts dripping out it could wash off part of the circle. but he had to be smart about it, he didn't want to use up to much energy, this was gonna take some time. he began focusing as little energy as possible on the Screw so it came out slow and quietly.
The demons hated Crowley he was wanted but it was more than that betraying Lucifer was like betraying your father and brothers. ..
"We can't kill you but we can rip your arms and legs off and gift wrap you with your intestines" one says as they charge at Crowley. ..the police officers pulled out batons and guns and shot him a couple times while the rest just beat him....
"YOU TRAITOROUS PRICK" they yelled swarming him
he took the beatings and the shots, this body was brand new, even with the fight he had earlier that night, it's damage threshold was higher then most. he just kept focusing on the Pipe, Throwing in a few punches here and there for good measure, knocking demons off him, curving the bullets away from his body, real low level stuff to keep his focus on the pipe. "come on lads, is that really the best you got." he said spitting blood from his mouth. "oh, I think I actually felt that one." he said, he was in excruciating pain, but the years of torment in hell had taught him to grin and bare it.
Lillian saw Rajan...."Finally your that powerful warlock I heard about. ..your cuter than they say" she says flirtatiously...it was how she is.
She opened up the suitcase revealing rare objects and charms only found in the depths of hell...charms that could drastically boost magic.
"Now Rajan I have use of your assistance. ..warlock magic is more powerful than demon magic I just need a little protection from the most powerful warlock in Newport. ..I'm thinking if we help each other we can do so much more and these items will give access to stronger spells...and I can give you a shipment of every charmed ingredient or rare artifact that the likes of you can't reach" she says circling him.......
She needed his help but it would be smart to have her as an ally
Mason was still in the casino he tripled his money. ..he had a knack for gambling. ...he could always seem to call someone's bluff it was his gift when he got the feeling he ran with it and it never steered him wrong. He was through playing time to find that Jamaican Warlock and make sure he won't be a problem. ...he got up from his seat and walked up to the security guards. ..."I'm looking for a Jamaican warlock...about yay high and dreads....gave me this" he says showing the card....
The guards knew only Rajan would give him that card so the opened the doors and walked him in....they kept a beat on him and had weapons but mason knew it'd be like this he just followed them for the moment
Rajan looked at her and then to the suitcase "Well it would seem that you know me well enough to bring this" he eyed her. he felt the pits of his stomach turn but in reality it had been hundreds of years since the death of his family. he had to let go of his old crosses at some point. "what kind of man would i be to say no to such a beautiful lady" he said smirking. he watched as she circled "your almost like a shark circling its prey, but you do have a deal. Ms... hmm what should i call you?"
Lillian smiled....."name is Lillian. ...deaverux" she says smiling.
"Now whenever I have need of you I'll be in touch. ..Rajan" she says smiling...."I also want my brother protected also..... so many hunters would like to hurt us" she says playfully
the doors to his office opened his guards had caught a man cheating with loaded dice.
(Security)"this guy tried to play us using loaded dice to scam us"
They threw the man down as he began to beg for his life
(Man)"Ra...Rajan I'm sorry needed the money man your kind and merciful...people say you're some kind of witch...but I don't believe them your a good fair and just man" he says pleading
Lillian laughed she had to see what happens next
The demons held Crowley down and one grabbed a sword which was just for decoration but sharp enough. .."let's cut his legs off smartmouth" one says getting closer
as the sword gets brought close to Crowleys legs the room begins to shake. a huge white light blasts down from the ceiling and out of it steps a man in a Trenchcoat with a backwards tie. he grabs the demon with the sword and pulls out a small three pronged blade that he stabs into the demon, releasing his soul back to hell. some of the demons jump off of Crowley and try to escape, but are trapped in the devils trap. Crowley forgets about the pipe and uses his full strength to knock all the other demons off of him. he turns and grabs the sword the demon had been planning to use and runs over to the man in the trenchcoat, "so, why are you here? normally I'd assume you where here to help, but that light show from earlier tells me what you are, and your kind aren't usually in the business of helping demons." he said as he swung the sword to cut off one demons head.
"I am Castiel, I am an Angel of the Lord." the angel says, stabbing another demon as it runs towards him, sending it back to hell. "appearently god sees potential in you...potential never seen in a demon before. so he wants me to protect you until you have either proven that potential, or thrown it away."
Crowley thought about this, God saw "potential" in him? he stands back to back with the angel as the demons surround them. "what kind of potential" crowley asks, the demons where circling, but they where to afraid of the angels knife to make a move.
"apparently the thing that made you Lucifers favorite Deal maker is also what makes you Gods Favorite Demon. you have been granted freewill to better understand Humanity, you have Potential for good, and God wants to keep an eye on you until you make a decision, good or evil, simple as that." Castiel says, waiting for the attack.
The small box weighed more than Vella had imagined it would. What did she put in it again?. She would find out later on when she opens it. She makes her way into the house, and sets the box down, where it gets lost among the others of its kind. Beaming with a combination of excitement and relief, Vella brushes her hands against her skintight jeans, and then rests her hands upon her hips. The curls on her shoulders bounce up and down with the slight motion, and her eyes seem to light up as she glances around. “Finally, all of the boxes have been moved in,” Vella breathes in, and then blinks as she exhales through her glossed lips. She felt proud of herself. She has finally found a place to call her own. All her own. Before, she had been living in a stingy little apartment with another older woman. Who she still couldn’t really remember the name of. But it had been a place to stay. And now, Vella has her own house. A nice little two-bedroom one bath place. Spacious, though. Quiet. Smells nice. And a place that will be private on those. . . nights. . . full moon nights. She gives a quiet shuddering breath, and then smiles once more as she glances over at the stash of boxes, each one filled with something different. “I guess I should start unpacking,” she claps her hands together, and then begins working.
Braiden was in the streets as he fed on a woman....
"No worries love that didn't hurt now did it" he says sadistically talking to a dead body as he lets go of the limp woman. He just too a deep breath he loved nothing more then a fresh kill he always took a second to breath it in before the blood becomes dried and dead but something else caught his scent.
He looks around... it was a smell he hadn't recognized in centuries that shouldn't be here in Newport.
He uses his vampiric speed as he runs to a gate and see's a piece of cloth that was on a gate that was no longer made anymore... it smelled old and it felt old as well.
He breathed in the scent and he knew it was an old one he's met them before he was up in the years himself new abilities were on the verge of surfacing.
A old one... here in Newport...mmm a female at that... i'll find you and we can drink these streets dry together. He thought as he smiles with the blood still on his lips
Rajan smiles turning his attention to the man brought before him. he touched the mans shoulder as he crouched down to get to level with him. "my friends over in the vip table had noticed you and wish to play with you. if you can last three hands in poker with them then ill send you on your way dept free, if not then you may be come a rather permanent costumer." he says as he motions the man towards the table full of old vampires knowing very well the man would loss. "go on now run and play with your new friends" he said as he smiled.as the man turned away Rajan's smile twisted into a sinister one. "another day another dollar Lilian and it seems this day had quiet the profit" Rajan knew there would be a day when he needed the assistance of these demons and he knew at the moment they needed him, but one thought rested in the back of his mind. that thought was 'when will i no longer need them' he smiled as he extended his hand out to Lilian."every princess needs her knight correct?" he said as he winked.
The statement takes Roisin by surprise, and she feels her stomach drop. Her upper lip twitches and she tries to cover up her panic with confusion, "I-I don't-" She could feel her cheeks reddening.
The stammering confirms her suspicions, and Sylvia places the empty glass down on the counter with a loud thud. "It's not difficult to tell." As Roisin's head lowers, Sylvia's eyes flicker over her once more before she asks, "What are you?" though she feels she already knows the answer. There's a pause before,
"Vampira." she says it in her mother tongue, though the words are similar enough. A dark look takes over Sylvia's features and Roisin lowers her head once more. She had thought maybe, in this advanced society, their kind would be accepted. But then she remembers the fear in the pit of her stomach when her betrothed's eyes turned black and he bared his canines at her. What a stupid idea, she tells herself bitterly. Such fearsome things would never be accepted. Never. "Are you going to kill me?"
"No." Sylvia's answer surprised even herself. Hastily, she adds, "Not yet. Maybe. I haven't decided." When Roisin exhales, no relief comes with it, but the vampire girl has let down her guard slightly. Sylvia relaxes her hand a little...
"What are you?" The question is sudden, and Sylvia finds herself slightly baffled. That is until Roisin continues, "You're human, I know, but there's something- something different." Perhaps it was the way she handled herself, or her mannerisms, but Sylvia often found that others labeled her as strange. As though she knew something they did not. They were right.
"I'm a hunter." For a moment, Sylvia thinks she sees a flash of fear in the pair of blue eyes opposite her, but it's gone so quickly that she forgets it.
"Hunters killed my friends." Roisin says slowly. Sylvia shrugs,
"Vampires killed my family." There was nothing Roisin could say to that, and she breaks eye contact again. Feeling her mouth go slightly dry, she inhales before speaking,
"They were bad vampires, then."
"All vampires are bad."
"My friends were not bad." Roisin interrupts, bitterness present in her voice. The red-headed woman opposite her appears taken aback, but says nothing, chewing her lower lip. Even now, she can picture each of them so clearly in her head; her saviors who had taught her she could beat the hunger if she tried. "They were good and kind, and they never hurt anybody, but the hunters, they killed them anyway; they plunged stakes into their hearts and then they tried to kill me, but they didn't."
Clearly. Everything Roisin had said was going against everything Sylvia knew and believed in, but an instinct told her that she wasn't lying. She would know if she were lying. Of course, vampires had tried to stop killing before, but it never worked. The feeding camps were proof of that. "You mean to tell me." she began, uncertainty present in her voice, "That you have never killed, or fed?"
"Never."
Roisin's gaze is unwavering and powerful Somehow, Sylvia is completely convinced of her innocence. There is something so utterly genuine in the way she defends herself and the ones she calls friends, that there is no way she could ever question it. She was no monster; just a girl who had been subject to things that someone her age should never be subject to, just as she had been. It's then that Sylvia straightens herself up and moves to exit the confines of behind the bar.
"Wh-Where are you going?" All of the auburn-haired girl's previous fierceness is gone as she stutters out the question.
"Home." is Sylvia's blunt response. As she proceeds to lock the doors, no more words come from the vampire girl's mouth. Pursing her lips, Sylvia adds, "I'm taking you, too." She takes the silence for shock and does not look back as Roisin stutters a response before finally asking,
"Me?"
"I'm going to stop you from killing anyone, perhaps save a life or two." Grabbing her coat from the rack, Sylvia turns to face her with very little evidence as to what she is feeling present upon her features. Even she herself is unsure of her current thought pattern, and part of her thinks this might be crazy. But the other half of her wants to follow through with this sick little experiment, and if things went to hell there was nothing a stake couldn't fix. "Come on, I don't have all night." She has to bite back laughter as Roisin hops down from her seat and moves quickly, still trying to be as dainty as ladies are supposed to be. Upon nearing her, Sylvia drapes her coat over her shoulders and without another word, ushers Roisin out, following closely behind.
Lillian smiled and looked at Rajan...."Think im going to like this partnership" she says disappearing after she makes a call and the lesser demons summon her back to the office
She appears at her office in seconds....and the lesser demons disarmed the devil trap. The doors open and she steps over the bodies nonchalantly....she looks at the angel Castiel and giggled to herself.... "Really Crowley you turned your back on your brothers to go back to gods team... all the human souls and deals you made" she says pouring some wine...
She sits on her desk ...."look here's the deal you either come back to us and we won't hurt you ... we will rule this world with way the humans fight and the werewolves and vampires we're not going no where anytime soon....but refuse and we'll bring hell down on you... and not just you every person you talk to will die ...everyone you associate with will die... the hunters won't stop hunting you and the devils won't stop till we kill you so this is your last chance this comes from lucifer himself to give you this offer" she says
The walk home is a fairly lengthy one, and along the way Sylvia requests the story of how Roisin came to be. She is reluctant to share at first, but upon starting she continues confidently into the story, and Sylvia is listening intently but refraining from commenting She might not have been good at opening up, but she was a good listener at least. She had never had time to hear a vampire's story; they usually just tried to go for her jugular before she killed them. It was easy not to think about just how old they could have been - how much of history they had seen. But Roisin had been asleep for a good eight centuries or so, and had missed most of the events since her birth. A shame, really. A niggling feeling in the back of her mind reminded her that the oldest vampires were the most dangerous, but she pushed it away.
Sylvia's pace slows as they approach her block of apartments, and she can't help but smile as Roisin gapes up at it, "This is all your home?"Don't laugh. She's been asleep for centuries - give her a break.
"I pay to live in a portion of the building." she explains as well as she can, "But it doesn't belong to me." Roisin continues to frown as she enters the code to unlock the door,
"I think I understand, now."
The elevator is out of order, and so Sylvia begins on the stairs. It's sort of a relief - how would she explain how the elevator works when she doesn't quite know it herself? She can hear the girl behind her panting for breath, but it's only a flight or two more up. Sylvia is unlocking the door when Roisin appears behind her, glancing around in wonder. This girl had been living in castles for her childhood, so a one-bedroomed apartment might be a step-down. Pushing the door open, Sylvia steps in and to the side, gesturing for her to enter. As she does, Sylvia locks the door once more.
"You'll sleep on the couch." she states, but sighs as Roisin gives her a clueless look. She gestures to the sofa facing the television and the vampire girl settles herself down on the lumpy seat. Thank god the apartment was at least tidy today. Sylvia fumbles for blankets and tosses them at the auburn-haired girl, feeling tiredness set in. She catches sight of her blinking about in wonder at all of Sylvia's furniture, and her eyes rest on the television. No. She did not have the patience to explain that today. "Get some sleep." she says, "You'll need it." and with that, Sylvia exits through into her bedroom, switching the main light off along the way. She leaves the smaller lamp on for Roisin's benefit. She changes quickly into something more comfortable, before placing a stake beneath her pillow and another on her bedside table. No matter what her instinct said, she would rather be safe than sorry. Besides, some vampires might come looking for vengeance one day. It hadn't happened yet, but anything was possible. Sylvia is asleep moments after her head hits the pillow.
Everything is so daunting and after sleeping for eight-hundred years, Roisin has lost the desire to rest. She lays underneath blankets, taking in all around her and trying to work out exactly what everything is. She would make a game of it perhaps. Her eyes are drawn particularly to the large screen in front of her. After several minutes, curiosity gets the better of her and she crawls out onto the carpeted floor, careful to be quiet. Her eyes flicker up and down, trying to understand exactly what it is and what it does, and she allows her hands to explore it. Feeling some sort of button, she presses at it tentatively and has to cover her mouth to stop herself from screaming as bright colors and images flash up before her eyes. Scrambling back, Roisin cowers behind her blankets before eventually peeking her head out. There is a man talking, but she cannot hear him, but it catches her interest anyway. Realizing it is not real and nothing to be afraid of, she ventures nearer and continues to watch with interest, head tilted to the left.
"Lillian, I should have known." Crowley says. "this whole place smells of dilapidated lapdog. Tell me, how many times this week has Lucifer called you a good little girl before Driving an Iron blade through your flesh? three? Six times? you are a fool if you think he cares about us."
Cas grabs Crowleys arm "lets go." he says, but crowley pulls away from the angel.
"just think, Sister, we have been around far longer then these humans and yet all are Father seems to care about is corrupting them. when was the last time he cried over the lose of one of his demons? I would wager Never, and you should know by now how good I am at betting. If Lucifer thinks Humans are nothing but corruptible children, what must he think of us? his servants made only to corrupt those children? I would be surprised if he had more love for us then a boot has for an ant." Crowley says to Lillian, Castiel Grabs his Arm once more but this time Teleports them out of the building before he can pull away.
Crowley regains his composure as he finds himself in a new location. it was the dinner from earlier. "odd choice of venue." he says. "so do you want me to thank you or something? It wouldn't be lying to say that after today god has done more favors for me then my own father, but then again, that isn't saying much so sorry if I am not quick to warm up to you like a stray dog."
Cas stands for a second without saying a word then turns to crowley. "I picked this place because I need you to do something...or rather, God needs you to do something. apparently there darkness brewing in newport. Vampires, Werewolves, Angels and Demons the population in this area has become something of a concern. if something isn't done soon it will be...messy to say the least."
"well it certainly sounds like your gods kind of thing. mass death and genocide. so why am I to be involved? I want nothing to do with any of them the Vampires, disgusting low ranking demons who kill uncontrollably, I think of them as the Hillbilly cousins of the family. Werewolves, pups who are to afraid of their own reflections. then their are Angels and Demons. I am so tired of the day to day, I just want to be left alone." Crowley says.
"Help them Crowley. that is what God wants from you. help the werewolves gain control, help the vampires live with their urges, and help the hunters lay down their weapons. it will be tough.." Cas says.
"try impossible. you are asking me to tell a tiger not to eat a steak, all the while I'm the...the cow the tiger wants to rip into. you expect a Demon to create peace? are you sure you are an angel of the lord and not some lunitic escaped from the loony bin?" Crowley says, unconvinced.
"you can start by finding the girl who saved you earlier. she has potential as well. she doesn't kill blindly based on species alone. she gives monsters like you the benefit of the doubt, something that is rare in a hunter...especially in her case." Cas says. "I can always send you back to hell if you refuse. no point in puttinng hope where hope is lost."
Crowley shrugs. "alright fine. what do I do once I find her?"
"you and I will stand with her and hunt the monsters who can't be saved, and save the ones who can be." Castiel says.
"so she is gonna get a real life Angel and a demon on her sholders like a cartoon. what is this Bugs Bunny?" Crowley jokes, smirking at Cas who stares at him like he is insane.
"I do not know who this mutated insect Rabbit Hybrid is that you speak about but I suggest we take care of it before it hurts somebody." Cas says with the utmost sincerity in his voice.
"man, they don't let you angels out of heaven much, do they?" Crowley says as he starts walking to try and find the girl. Cas looks confused, then follows the demon.
[small]"speak of the devil and he shall appear". Mason says walking into the office. Smiling like he just one the lottery. The guards still kept their weapons on him. Mason looked around saw the monitors... he looked at the screen a sad man was devoured by vampires and that made the smile fad from his face. "so whats this a supernatural casino... you life in peace with all the supernatural creatures making money killing human" he asked
Rajan looked at Mason "you say killing humans as if i do it" he walked up to him scan his body up and down, he walked in circles around him until stopping in front of mason once again. "i despise demons, but at the same time i believe in the food chain, the simple fact is that the strong devour the weak. my good hunter friend it is no different then you eating chicken or you having sex they are urges you need to survive and what you see on the monitor is an urge being satisfied." Rajan smiled as he inhaled and continued. "its not as if i just told the vampires to eat him, i let a human play a game with them, simple as that. while i may look cruel and twisted i am fair. and that man wanted to rob me of my own money. instead of killing him myself i gave him a chance, a chance to show his will and a chance to show me how desperately he wanted his life. my good hunter if you looked around you would notice the top floor is where the immortals and supernatural play while the humans can frolic in piece on the bottom."he paused looking at Mason."tell me what is the difference between killing a vampire and killing a human? they both cause harm to others but vampires are justified while humans destroying the earth, environments and other humans are not. so my good hunter what is the difference?" he spread out his arms as if he was Jesus on the cross and looked at Mason."the difference is that humans deserve to die more then there vampire kin" he said in a hushed voice. he put his arms down and looked at Mason. "but if you must know that man killed his wife and hid the body yesterday after she decided to leave him, he then came to my casino and tried to rob me" he sighed.
"so what i have done is much like killing a vampire or demon, much like you do everyday"
Mason looks at him ....as messed up as it was he had a point .. "The difference is humans aren't immortal we answer to a higher power for our crimes on earth....we aren't cattle yes there are some of us who are evil maybe more evil than the monsters I kill but they die but killing one evil vampire can save thousands of innocent humans". He says.
"That human was evil....but how many evil people have these monsters killed I'm going to keep an eye on this place. ..Rajan". He says walking out. ...but he stopped ..."I'll be back to play in the top floor" he says
